What are the legal requirements for installing doors in different rooms?
Entrance doors to apartments and houses should have a minimum frame width of 90 cm and a height of 200 cm. If the door is a double-leaf door, the main door leaf should be at least 0 cm wide.
The threshold of the entrance door should not exceed 20 mm.
Doors to the living room and bedroom should be at least 80 cm wide and can open both inwards and outwards.
Kitchen doors should be threshold-free, and additionally, kitchen doors should also have a minimum undercut of 2.5 cm.
Bathroom doors should have openings at the bottom with a total area of 0.022 m².
Bathroom doors should have a minimum clear opening of 80 cm and must open outwards.
