Minimalist style 47 m² New build

A calm apartment designed in a new build, featuring a blue accent wall in the bedroom. This touch adds a serene and modern feel to the space.

Bachelor's apartment

This apartment was designed for a young man, actively growing his service business. Since much of his work is done from home, the interiors were created to allow flexible working in various areas. Hence, we opted for mostly white walls and light furniture to maintain an open and airy atmosphere, ideal for both work and relaxation.

Bachelor's apartment

A bachelor’s apartment should be functional, comfortable, and adaptable, allowing it to easily transform into a family space. An open floor plan is ideal, providing flexibility for rearrangements. The kitchen should be equipped with modern, multifunctional appliances, while the living room should feature modular furniture that can be easily reconfigured as needed.

In the bedroom, investing in a bed with storage for bedding and built-in wardrobes ensures ample storage space. The workspace should be ergonomic, with a suitable desk and proper lighting. When planning the bathroom, consider solutions that make it more convenient for multiple users, such as additional shelves and cabinets for storage.

Bedroom

The bedroom is a place for rest, even if we work from home. It should stand out from the rest of the spaces—especially if the overall interior design is primarily white. In this case, we suggested an intense blue accent wall with wooden slats to enrich the interior and create a more dynamic and inviting atmosphere.
Creating such a wall is simple—all you need are well-dried wooden slats, acrylic, and the right paint. This straightforward process adds texture and character to the room while maintaining a clean, modern look.

Bathroom

We broke the monotony of this bathroom with a wooden cabinet under the sink. However, the “devil is in the details,” particularly in the lighting. In this bathroom, the lighting can be customised—either the light above the sink or the LEDs over the bathtub can be turned on independently. Additionally, the shelf above the bathtub was designed to hold cosmetics and candles, perfect for a relaxing bath.
