The key to creating a cosy and modern bedroom is blending simplicity with comfort.
Colours and textures
In this project, we chose light wall colours like white and shades of grey, which visually enlarge the space and introduce a sense of calm. The furniture is minimalist, with elegant lines, but remains functional. Soft textiles, such as high-quality bedding, cushions, and throws, add warmth and cosiness. Good lighting, both general and accent, enhances the modern feel of the interior and sets the right mood. Subtle decorations, like artwork or plants, complete the look without overwhelming the space.

The decorative wall behind the bed in dark tones visually enlarges the room, creating depth and a striking focal point while maintaining a cosy atmosphere.
Planning Your Bedroom and Bathroom – A Short Guide
Start by choosing a style that complements the rest of the home. Light colours like white and grey, along with natural materials, will visually expand the space and add warmth. In the bedroom, the key elements are a comfortable bed, good lighting, and high-quality textiles. In the bathroom, it's important to arrange the fixtures practically and ensure bright lighting. Subtle decorations will complete the interior, creating a harmonious and functional space.
Visualisations help you choose furniture and accessories that best suit your style and space. They provide a clearer picture of how the design elements will come together, ensuring a cohesive and personalised interior.
Bathroom
In addition to the bedroom, we also designed a bathroom for the whole family. The space was sufficient to accommodate a freestanding bathtub, two sinks, and a large mirror. Additionally, we placed a built-in toilet near the entrance, with a cabinet designed above it. The look is completed by decorative lighting behind the mirror and within the cabinet above the toilet, adding a relaxing ambiance, perfect for unwinding during a bath.
In this project, the bathtub fixtures were placed in an extended section of the wall behind the bathtub. This layout gave the clients a much wider range of bathtub models to choose from.
The mirror above the sinks, with LED backlighting, adds charm to the entire interior. However, it's important to remember that such a mirror is heavy.
Only the wall behind the sinks is tiled from floor to ceiling. On the remaining walls, we suggested bathroom-appropriate paint for a modern and practical finish.
